Utility structure built to house major infrastructure serving the Colonnade at Washington and Lee University.

Pumps, heat exchangers, expansion tanks, transformers, switch gear, and emergency generator are just some of the equipment housed in the new partially below-grade utility structure on Washington and Lee University's campus in Lexington, Virginia. The equipment serves several buildings in the historic core of the campus including the Colonnade, made up of the five oldest buildings on campus.
